The Magic That Comes Alive on Silk
For me, silk painting is more than just a technique; it is a conversation with a living element. When I begin a new piece, I feel that silk is like water—just as weightless, fluid, and deep.
The process of creating batik is always filled with mystery. The moment my brush touches the fabric, the paint begins to spread magically, forming patterns that can never be fully predicted. It is a true alchemy of the moment. Just as you can never step into the same river twice, each of my paintings is always unique, like the flow of a river. Every line and every shade finds its own path, creating a one-of-a-kind story that can never be replicated.
In my work, I seek the harmony that nature offers us. My colors are nature itself: the hues of a pre-dawn sky, the depth of the ocean, or the tenderness of dew-kissed petals. I simply guide these pigments to find their form on the noble surface of the silk.
I invite you to feel this lightness and beauty, captured in color. Every scarf or canvas is a piece of my soul and the endless movement of life.
